Theft: A Craftsman self-propelled push lawnmower and a Craftsman chain saw were stolen form 209 S. Pine St. between 2 p.m. Aug. 27 and noon Aug. 29, state police said. The property is owned by Carol Brown of Carmichaels.
Theft: A 2013 Polaris Ranger was stolen from a Mid-Ohio Pipeline Services’ construction site on Route 21 in West Waynesburg between 8 p.m. Aug. 28 and 5:30 a.m. Aug. 29, state police said.
Theft: A Loncin all terrain vehicle was stolen from property at 492 Braden Run Road Aug. 27, state police said. The property is owned by Donald Ingram of Waynesburg.
Property damaged: A lock was cut on a chain link fence and two lock hasps damaged on a trailer at 232 Second St., Mather, between 10 p.m. Tuesday and 5 p.m. Wednesday, state police said. The property is owned by Jeffrey Sholtis of Mather.
Pipe stolen: A roll of one-half inch pipe that fell off a truck on Interstate 79 near the Mt. Morris interchange was stolen between 8:30 and 8:50 a.m. Tuesday, state police said. The property is owned by Roger’s Trucking of Abington, Va.
Citation: Steven Cummings, 38, of Dilliner was cited for harassment following an incident at 11:45 a.m. Aug. 16, on Wades Run Road, Southwest Regional Police said.
