Drug charge: Andrew W. Bruner, 30, of 150 Linden Ave., Charleroi, was charged with delivery of heroin, possession of heroin and resisting arrest after police located $359 in cash and heroin on his person Sept. 2, Charleroi Regional police said. Bruner had a warrant for his arrest, and when police attempted to detain him, he resisted. Bruner was arraigned before District Judge Larry Hopkins and placed in Washington County jail.
