Numerous people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.
Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Shayla M. Crews, 19, 519 McCrea Ave., Donora; possession with intent to deliver; charged Sept. 18, 2013; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 9 months of electronic home monitoring.
Theotis Kindell, 28, Orlando, Fla.; aggravated assault, attempting to elude officer, driving with a suspended license and speeding; charged June 26, 2013; sentence – 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, 3 years of probation, $375 fine and restitution.
Jesse A. Flament, 23, 116 Coyle Curtain Road, Monongahela; five counts of theft by unlawful taking, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, charged Nov. 3; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail, 2 years of probation, restitution, no contact with victim or codefendants, contraband destroyed and funds seized.
William B. Jemison, 34, 183 Meadow Street, Westland; possession of a controlled substance; charged June 18; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Laura A. Serafini, 42, Duncansville; retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 28; sentence – 12 months of probation and banned from Wal-Mart.
Wanda S. Gutoski, 53, 213 Fifth St., Charleroi; possession with intent to deliver; charged Dec. 22, 2010; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 4 months of electronic home monitoring.
Juan R. Rosado, 46, 837 Prospect Ave., Charleroi; possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance; charged March 19, 2013; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with 8 months of electronic home monitoring and 12 months of probation.
Delores J. Ernewein, 49, 420 Wise St., Donora; resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance; charged Feb. 15; sentence – 12 months in jail with credit for time served, 12 months of probation and cannot possess, drink or be in presence of alcohol.
Gregory K. Gayle Sr., 49, 88 Mesta Drive, Washington; possession of offensive weapons and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 15; sentence – 18 months of probation.
Jeffrey D. Turner, 34, 726 Chess St., Bridgeville; providing false identification to law enforcement; charged June 4, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:
Justin R. Gamrod, 32, 620 Griffin Ave., Canonsburg; second offense of driving under the influence and driving with blood-alcohol content 0.02 percent or greater while license suspended; charged Dec. 13; sentence – 30 days to 6 months in jail and 90 days of electronic home monitoring, 18-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.
Mark Gaydos, 20, 261 Shady Lane, Uniontown; first offense of driving under the influence; charged Feb. 20; sentence – 72 hours to 6 months in jail with credit for time served and 1-year license suspension.
Patrick S. Hughes, 27, 376 Lake Road, Volant; first offense of driving under the influence; charged June 13, 2013; sentence – 5 days to 6 months in jail, $300 fine and 1-year license suspension.
Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Charles E. Wade, 66, 343 E. Maiden St., Washington; driving with expired inspection and driving with a suspended license; charged April 16, 2008; sentence – $225 fine and 12-month license suspension.
Joseph C. Gazvoda, 28, Triadelphia, W.Va.; theft by unlawful taking and use of display documents; charged Sept. 14, 2012; sentence – 24 months of probation, 25 hours of community service and restitution.
Gil Fullum, 49, 102 Peco St., Canonsburg; burglary and two counts of theft; charged Nov. 19; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, 10 years of probation and no contact with victim, victim’s property and victim’s family.
Jeffery S. Rolley, 48, 320 Malone Ridge Road, Washington; first offense of driving under the influence and driving while blood-alcohol content 0.02 percent or greater while license suspended; charged Feb. 22; sentence – 6 to 18 months of electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine and 12-month Interlock ignition device.
Josephine L. Spino, 39, 1308 Main St., Burgettstown; third offense of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Feb. 1; sentence – 6 to 18 months of electronic home monitoring, $1,700 fine, 20-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.
William R. Corwin, 28, 189 Neely School Road, Avella; second offense of driving under the influence; charged March 5; sentence – 6 to 18 months of electronic home monitoring and first 3 months on SCRAM, restitution, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.
Sherry L. Boyer, 45, 108 Howard St., Charleroi; first offense of driving under the influence; charged Dec. 16; sentence – 6 to 23 months of electronic home monitoring with first 3 months on SCRAM, $1,500 fine and 12-month Interlock ignition device.
Johnathan R. Woodhouse, 28, 20 Donley Road, Eighty Four; first offense of driving under the influence; charged Jan. 7; sentence – 6 to 23 months of electronic home monitoring with first 3 months of SCRAM, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.
Bobbie R. David, 42, 328 Elcona Drive, Washington; second offense of driving under the influence; charged Jan. 26; sentence – 30 days to 6 months in jail, $750 fine and 12-month license suspension.
David A. Keirs, 39 Sycamore St., Muse; first offense of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Feb. 26; sentence – 10 days to 6 months of electronic home monitoring, $700 fine and 1-year license suspension.
Gary W. Yoders Jr., 24, 2779 S Bridge Road, Washington; first offense of driving under the influence; charged April 10; sentence -72 hours to 6 months in jail, $1,200 fine and 12-month license suspension.

Lonnie M. Rudnisky, 38, Amity; disorderly conduct; charged Oct. 22, 2011; sentence – 15 days to 12 months of electronic home monitoring and $300 fine.
