There will be single-lane, nighttime road restrictions will occur on Interstate 70, between the Interstate 79 South junction and the Route 519 exit in South Strabane Township between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. starting Sunday and continuing until Oct. 10. The restrictions will allow crews to begin drilling borings for roadway design, the state Department of Transportation said.

Traffic will be restored to normal flow during daylight hours.

Motorists are also advised to pay attention to the orange diamond-shape warnings signs or electronic message boards posted in advance of the road construction project.
