Interstate 79 restrictions planned

There will be single-lane restrictions on Interstate 79 near the Carnegie interchange from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. today and Thursday so crews can inspect the bridge that carries the highway over the CSX railroad tracks. Work will be done on the southbound side today and the northbound side Thursday.
