Crash: The driver of a tanker truck was cited for running a red light after a two vehicle-crash at 2:08 p.m. Tuesday at Greene and Morgan streets, Waynesburg police said. Police said Ronald Beggs, 51, of Masontown, was driving the truck east on Greene Street and failed to stop for a red light at the intersection. His vehicle struck a car traveling south on Morgan operated by Deborah Bristor, 58, of Waynesburg. Bristor complained of pain but declined to be taken to the hospital by ambulance.
