The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

John E. Kemis Jr., 66, 239 Sprowls Road, Bentleyville; second offense of driving under the influence; charged March 25; sentence – 6 to 18 months of electronic home monitoring with first 3 months on SCRAM device, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.

David A. Yenchik, 40, 3712 Millers Run Road, McDonald; first offense of driving under the influence; charged March 14; sentence – 48 hours to 6 months in jail, $500 fine and 12-month license suspension.

Dana M. Bradwell, 47, 3 Moore Lane, Cecil; second offense of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged March 29; sentence – 60 days to 6 months in jail with first 60 days of electronic home monitoring, 12-month Interlock ignition device and $950 fine.

Michael A. Medved, 24, 2695 W. Chestnut St., Canton Township; second offense of driving under the influence; charged Feb. 25; sentence – 6 to 18 months in jail with minimum sentence on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 12-month Interlock ignition device and restitution.

Jeremy L. Carr, 31, 123 Main St., New Eagle; retail theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment; charged Dec. 29; sentence – 12 months of probation, $300 fine and banned from Foodland.

Jeffery S. Rolley, 48, 320 Malone Ridge Road, Canton Township; driving with suspended license and first offense of driving under the influence; charged Feb. 22; sentence – 90 days to 18 months in jail, 90 days of electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine and 12-month Interlock ignition device.

Several people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition program for first-time offenders. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged.

Kevin G. Smith, 105 Prosser Drive, Monongahela; bad checks; charged July 23, 2013; sentence – 12 months in the ARD program.

David A. Franell, 44, 192 Brady Road, Scenery Hill; resisting arrest; charged Jan. 13; sentence – 12 months in the ARD program.

Joshua M. Loutitt, 21, 425 Chess St., Monongahela; theft by unlawful taking; charged April 23, 2013; sentence – 18 months in the ARD program.

Donna J. Ross, 53, 1633 Weirich Ave., Canton Township; disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 30; sentence – 12 months in the ARD program.

Philip Parkin Jr., 28, 1801 Beech Hollow Road, Bulger; terroristic threats, simple assault, charged Jan. 27; sentence – 18 months in the ARD program.
