Fugitive arrest: Radamas Garcia, 37, of Philadelphia, was arrested early Friday after a traffic stop on Park Avenue revealed he was wanted in Philadelphia for aggravated assault, Monongahela police said. Garcia was also cited for driving without a license. Garcia was taken to Washington County jail, where he will remain until he is returned to Philadelphia.
