Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Jatorrian O. Bey, 19, 39 Shannon Ave., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged May 22; sentence – $300 fine.

Nathaniel Blackman IV, 25, 109 Second St., Donora; disorderly conduct; charged April 9; sentence – $300 fine and funds seized forfeited to drug task force.

David A. Markish, 23, 31 Second Ave., Atlasburg; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 25; sentence – 1 year of probation.

Mary E. Hall, 33, 113 Boyle Ave., Canonsburg; conspiracy to commit forgery; charged April 26; sentence – 1 to 2 years in jail and restitution.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle was:

Virginia G. Smith, 33, 6 Spring Drive, Burgettstown; retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 16; sentence – 12 months of probation and banned from Walmart.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo was:

Michelle L. D’Angelo, 54, 339 Profio Road, McDonald; conspiracy to commit theft by deception; charged June 18, 2012; sentence – 1 year of probation and $250 fine.

Several people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first time offenders. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their record expunged.

Amanda M. Jackson, 25, 695 W. Chestnut St., Washington, was admitted for 6 months for theft, charged Jan. 23.

Julie Seese, 33, 228 Orchard Ave., Canonsburg, was admitted for 12 months for fraudulently obtaining food stamps, charged Feb. 28, 2014.

Raymond Marsland, 22, 711 Madison Ave., West Brownsville, was admitted for 12 months for obstructing administrative law and disorderly conduct, charged Dec. 27.

Joel D. Pierce, 22, 331 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, was admitted for 12 months for obstructing administrative law and disorderly conduct, charged Dec. 27.

Ivan A. Prigett, 21, 209 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald, was admitted for 6 months for prohibited offensive weapons and carrying a loaded weapon, charged Jan. 2.

Chanta R. Ashcroft, 28, 734 McKee Road, Washington, was admitted for 12 months for endangering the welfare of children and reckless endangerment, charged Sept. 23.

Michael L. Fowler II, 31, 734 McKee Road, Washington, was admitted for 12 months for endangering the welfare of children and reckless endangerment, charged Sept. 23.

Dustin J. Chaffin, 27, 477 Walnut St., Howard, was admitted for 6 months for unsworn falsification, charged Sept. 26.

Eddie D. McGuire, 20, 1008 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, was admitted for 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia, charged Jan. 20.

Tracie L. Marquis, 39, 1092 Bruce St., Washington, was admitted for 23 months for access device fraud, charged Feb. 1, 2013.

Tyler Smith, 21, 165 Bench Ave., Washington, was admitted for 12 months for theft, charged Sept. 20.

Linsey R. Williams, 27, 27 Hi View Drive, Finleyville, was admitted for 12 months for retail theft, charged Sept. 29.
