The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:

William C. McCracken, 62, 364 Kinder Road, Scenery Hill; unsworn falsification; charged Sept. 13; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Michael P. Craddock, 61, 4505 Woodhill Drive, Munhall; unsworn falsification; charged May 30; sentence – 6 months of probation.

David C. Willard, 37, 1005 Templeton Run Road, Claysville; making repairs/selling offensive weapons; charged Dec. 3; sentence – 12 months of probation and firearm seized to be returned to rightful owner.

Mark P. Daube, 51, 2304 Walch St., Monongahela; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 9; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Nahje L. Patterson, 21, 340 Locust Ave., Washington; possession of a controlled substance; charged Dec. 16; sentence – 1 year of probation.

Nicholas A. Pihiou, 46, 429 Chartiers Ave., Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance; charged Aug. 12; sentence – 60 days to 12 months on electronic home monitoring.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Scott M. Filipiak, 21, 135 Union St., New Eagle; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 14; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Matthew J. Cody, 19, 105 Hardwood Drive, Venetia; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 31, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Melanie Diecek, 42, 1426 Yorktowne Drive, Lawrence; theft by unlawful taking and failure to make disposition of funds; charged Aug. 1; sentence – 1 year of probation and restitution.

Deion McCracken, 18, 60 Belair Drive, Washington; underage drinking; charged July 23; sentence – $300 fine.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Virginia G. Smith, 33, 155 Sunset Drive, Washington; retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 5; sentence – 12 months of probation and $300 fine.

Kelsey M. Gori, 20, 3206 Overlook Drive, McKeesport; possession with intent to deliver; charged Aug. 7; sentence – 46 days in jail with credit for time served, 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program, 3 months on electronic home monitoring, 100 hours of community service and restitution.

Frank E. Burkert, 55, 1619 Ridge Ave., Coraopolis; driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without insurance, operating a vehicle without valid inspection, driving an unregistered vehicle and disorderly conduct; charged Sept. 9, 2011; sentence – 3 months of Intermediate Punishment program, 6 months on electronic home monitoring and $900 fine.

Jaimie G. Luisi, 24, 409 Clearview Ave., Pittsburgh; theft by unlawful taking and defiant trespass; charged Dec. 17, 2013; sentence – 2 years of probation, $100 fine, retail theft classes, restitution and banned from Walmart.

Bethann Jennion, 46, 108 Main St., New Eagle; possession with intent to deliver and driving with a suspended license; charged Feb. 18, 2014; sentence – 28 days to 23 months in jail with credit for time served and $200 fine.

Joshua Wardlaw, 19, 316 Indiana St., Monessen; two counts of possession of a controlled substance; charged Aug. 14; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Dashaee D. Johnson, 25, 1527 Hatteras St., Pittsburgh; possession with intent to deliver and driving with a suspended license; charged Oct. 11, 2013; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 12 months on electronic home monitoring, $200 fine and no contact with co-defendant.
