The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.
Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Melissa B. Davis, 35, 116 Lane St., Bentleyville; retail theft; charged June 23; sentence – 6 months of probation, 50 hours of community service, retail theft classes and banned from Tanger Outlets.
Kevin J. Young, 47, Montgomery, Mich.; simple assault and terroristic threats; charged Oct. 20; sentence – 6 to 12 months in jail with credit for time served, restitution and no contact with victim.
Ashley L. Brooks, 29, 1217 Crest Ave., Charleroi; resisting arrest, theft, forgery, simple assault, flight and access device fraud and conspiracy to commit access device fraud; charged July 23; sentence – 23 months of Restrictive Treatment program, restitution and no contact with victim.
Brandon J. Howard, 24, 19 Strabane Drive, Washington; theft of a firearm, burglary and receiving stolen property; charged July 8; sentence – 1 year less 1 day to 2 years less 2 days in jail with credit for time served, 7 years of probation, 100 hours of community service, restitution and no contact with victim.
Nancy A. Davis, 41, 2471 Cabin City Road, Monongahela; corruption of minors; charged Oct. 28; sentence – 3 to 12 months in jail with credit for time served and balance of minimum sentence to be served on electronic home monitoring, comply with CYS and parenting classes.
Michael Smith, 29, 210 Ninth St., Charleroi; theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 1; sentence – 3 years of probation and restitution.

Richard S. Sluk, 22, 445 Gallatin Road, Belle Vernon; simple assault; charged Dec. 8; 2013; sentence – 1 year less 1 day to 2 years less 2 days in jail, restitution and no contact with victim.
Jerry A. Pratt, 40, 950 Second Ave., Pittsburgh; theft by deception and access device fraud; charged March 12, 2013; sentence – 1 year minus 1 day to 2 years minus 2 days in jail with credit for time served, 3 years of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
David M. Strohmeyer, 33, 75 Beason Ave., Marianna; theft by unlawful taking; charged Oct. 1, 2013; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Christopher D. Bradley, 38, 208 Duquesne Ave., Canonsburg; theft by unlawful taking; charged Sept. 22; sentence – 30 days to 12 months in jail, 6 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Tiffany Williams, 28, 210 Allen Ave., Donora; access device fraud and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 4; sentence – 23 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
William T. Russell, 51, 504 Lippencott Road, Waynesburg; unsworn falsification; charged Aug. 14; sentence – 6 months of probation.
David S. Wright, 45, 1211 Bentleyville Road, Van Voorhis; disorderly conduct and criminal mischief; charged Sept. 13; sentence – 6 months of probation, restitution and $50 fine.
Janine R. Roman, 40, 1003 Park Place Drive, Canonsburg; forgery; charged Oct. 1, 2012; sentence – 5 years of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Joshua Levers, 32, 104 Warren St., Bentleyville; recklessly endangering another person, simple assault and false reports; charged June 19; sentence – 18 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 3 months on electronic home monitoring with credit for time served and 12 months of probation.
Antoinette Roberts, 48, 1618 Coolidge Ave., Monessen; theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking; charged Aug. 14, 2013; sentence – 5 years of Intermediate Punishment program with first 3 months on electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with victim.
