Burglary charges: Megan M. Revay, 27, of 10 W. Market St., Burgettstown, will be charged by McDonald police with burglary, criminal trespass, simple assault and harassment after she allegedly forced her way into the home of Christina and David Griffith, 10 W. Market, Rear, April 15. She is accused of assaulting Christina Griffith, who was treated at the scene. Revay was placed in Washington County jail on a probation violation. Charges will be filed at the office of District Judge Gary Havelka.
PFA violation alleged: Thomas Steven Strain, 44, of Weirton, W.Va., was arrested by state police early Saturday after he allegedly went to the home of his estranged wife, Cassie Strain, at 179 Clydes Road, Burgettstown, in violation of a protection-from-abuse order. He was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger and released on $5,000 unsecured bond.
Disorderly house charge: Savon Salter, 20, of Pittsburgh, was charged by California police with violating the borough’s disorderly house ordinance stemming from an incident early Sunday. Officers said Salter had a party with more than 100 guests at a home at 421 Third St.
Open lewdness charge: Robert Dzurino of 119 E. College St., Canonsburg, will be charged by Canonsburg police with open lewdness after he allegedly exposed himself to two girls who were walking on the sidewalk outside his home Saturday.
Window broken: Mark Ransil of Canonsburg told Canonsburg police Sunday vandals broke a window on his vehicle while it was parked at West Pike Bowl on West Pike Street.
Drug arrest: Zachary Thomas Upton, 24, whose last known address was on Penn Street in Washington, was arraigned Saturday before District Judge Robert Redlinger on a warrant obtained by state police on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia stemming from a March 7 incident at Belvedere Acres, Canton. He was released on his own recognizance.
Warrant arrests: Charleroi Regional police picked up three people on outstanding warrants in separate incidents. Robert Opal, 26, of 731 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, was picked up April 14 on an adult probation warrant and placed in Washington County jail. Denise Bailey, 49, of 402 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, was picked up Tuesday on a Westmoreland County bench warrant and released to deputies from that county. Matthew Greene, 35, of 123 Luella Ave., Charleroi, was picked up on a Washington County domestic relations warrant and placed in jail.
Two charged: David W. Grogan Jr., 21, of 103 Second St., Donora, and Kenneth L. Clark Jr., 20, of 564 Thompson Ave., Donora, face charges stemming from an incident Friday on Crest Avenue, Charleroi Regional police said. Police said they were called to a party on Crest and found the two in a parked vehicle behind the house. Police said they could smell a strong odor of marijuana. Grogan was charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Clark was charged with disorderly conduct. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Larry Hopkins.
Drug arrest: Demitrius Lamont Davis, 39, who has no known address, was arrested Saturday on a warrant on charges of possession and possession with intent to deliver crack and possession of a controlled substance filed by state police after he allegedly sold crack to a confidential informant in August 2012 in Marianna. Davis was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger and placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.
Drug charges pending: Rodney David Shaw, 42, of Oakdale, faces charges of possession of narcotics, marijuana and paraphernalia and public drunkenness stemming from an incident last week at a McDonald business. Police said the business owner told police the man was incoherent and falling asleep in his food, making a mess. Police said they later found Shaw in the front yard of a McDonald home with the suspected drug items. He was placed in Washington County jail on a probation violation. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of Senior District Judge Jay Dutton.
Air conditioners stolen: Kimberly McIntyre of 204 Fairmont St. told McDonald police last week five air conditioners stored in her basement were stolen.
Wife assaulted: Kurt William Neff, 46, of 1319 Corrin Ave., was arrested Sunday by Monongahela police on charges of simple assault and harassment after he allegedly assaulted his wife, Joraima Neff-Large, at their home. He was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger and placed in Washington County jail on a $5,000 percentage bond.
Two charged: Hannah Lynn Palone, 19, of 29 Conklin Road, North Strabane, and Sage Christian Grego, 22, of 86 Green St., Houston, were arrested Saturday night by North Strabane police stemming from a confrontation at Palone’s home. He is accused of hitting her in the face. She is accused of biting him on the arm. Both were arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger on charges of simple assault and harassment. They were released with orders to not contact each other.
Garage door damaged: A garage door on property owned by the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, 2121 Candor Road, Robinson, was damaged by vandals. A sliding glass door and window also were broken. The damage was reported earlier this month.
Wallet stolen: Julia Nadovich of Easton told South Strabane police her wallet was stolen from a vehicle Friday while she was working at a store at Tanger Outlets.
Harassment charge: Donald Allen of 360 E. Hallam Ave., Washington, will be charged by Washington police with harassment for allegedly hitting Laura Vincenti of Washington during a confrontation Sunday.
Drug charges: Rebecca Cumpston, 30, of 107 Locust St., Muse, will be charged by Washington police with possession of heroin and paraphernalia after police said they found the suspected drugs when she was found unresponsive Sunday at a residence in Lincoln Terrace. Police said they found three stamp bags of suspected heroin, empty stamp bags and needles. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
Disorderly charges: Tracy Ward, 46, and James Sullivan, 52, both of 176 Jollick Manor, will be charged with disorderly conduct stemming from an incident Sunday in a courtyard at Jollick Manor. The two claimed they were being attacked by juveniles in the area. Police said they were yelling obscenities.
Bathroom damaged: Levi Cutshall, 25, of 62 Victoria St., Washington, will be charged by Washington police with criminal mischief after he allegedly damaged a restroom at Washington Hospital Friday.
Window broken: Reed Eckles, 55, of 746 Addison St., will be charged by Washington police with criminal mischief after he allegedly broke a window in a vehicle owned by his brother, William Eckles of Waynesburg, Saturday while it was parked on Addison.
Door damaged: Meghan Merigo of 493 Locust Ave. told Washington police a handle on one of her vehicle’s doors was damaged by vandals Thursday.
Drug charge: Fabria Lynn Scandolan, 31, of 1327 Overlook Drive, Washington, faces drug charges for allegedly having a syringe and empty stamp bag with her at Shop ‘n Save on West Beau Street earlier this month. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
DUI, drug charges: Tammy Lynn Morgan, 32, of 312 Waterdam Road, Waynesburg, faces drug charges stemming from a traffic stop March 6 in the Osso’s parking lot on Henderson Avenue. State police said they found three syringes and an empty stamp bag in her purse and concealed in her clothes. She was charged with possessing drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and expired inspection, and careless and reckless driving. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
Drug paraphernalia charge: Tyler James Whipple, 25, of 527 Castner Ave., Donora, was charged by state police with possessing drug paraphernalia for allegedly having two glass pipes containing suspected marijuana residue during a traffic stop Saturday in the Rite Aid parking lot on Jefferson Avenue. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
DUI, drug charges: Joshua David Ralston, 32, of 1224 Sunnybrook Road, Washington, faces multiple charges for allegedly driving under the influence of methadone and cocaine April 3 on the Jefferson Avenue exit ramp from I-70 westbound. He also was charged by state police with illegally possessing a 12-gauge shotgun and a pipe with suspected marijuana residue. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
Marijuana charge: Dustin Michael Jenkins, 22, of 49 W. Walnut St., Washington, was charged by state police with drug possession for allegedly having a small vial of marijuana inside his vehicle during a traffic stop April 13 at Broad Street and McCarrell Avenue. He also was charged for having an expired vehicle inspection. He was arrested on a warrant from Westmoreland County and taken to the Washington County central booking center. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
Drug charge: Dawn E. Briggs, 31, of 716 W. Chestnut St., Washington, was charged by city police with drug possession for allegedly having 16 stamp bags of heroin at her residence during a probation check April 8. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
