Several people were cited for underage drinking Saturday at First Niagara Pavilion, state police said.

Macy A. Helsel, 19; Maria R. Waugh, 20; Brana L. Leathers, 20; Kalista L. Kelly; 20, Steven Shusko, 20; Jenna L. Smith, 19; Devon R. McQuaide, 19; and Patrick M. Large, 20, were all cited.

Kelly also was cited for having fake identification.
