Drug charges: Zjebeliah Walters, 20, of 637 Walnut Hill Road, Dilliner, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia July 28 after Cumberland Township police said they found eight stamp bags of suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on South Eighty-Eight Road.

Woman cited: Cumberland Township police cited Darlene Micozzi, 62, of 7 Single St., Carmichaels, for harassment after she allegedly struck a woman at 340 Grant St. July 28.

Harassment citation: Janet Phillips, 54, of Lot 35 Route 88 Mobile Home Park, was cited for harassment after Cumberland police said she struck a woman at her home July 31.

Harassment: Stephen E. Hegedis III, 24, and Joshua J. Maraney, 25, no addresses given, were involved in a fight at 4:40 p.m. Sunday at 123 Sit Still Road in Dilliner, state police said.

Two cited in fight: Sarah Kern, 35, and Stanley Demaske, 30, both of 187 Haines Hollow Road, Jefferson, were each cited for harassment after state police said they got into a fight at their township home July 26 and both suffered cuts.

ATM card stolen: Kristin M. Mull, 26, of Washington, and Phillip H. Stanger, 29, of Clarksville, were each charged Wednesday in connection with a stolen ATM card in April. Police said Mull and Stanger stole the card from a Morgan Township home April 12 before Mull allegedly used the card to purchase $200 worth of merchandise from Walmart in Franklin Township later that day. Mull was charged with forgery, access device fraud and theft, while Stanger faces charges of access device fraud and criminal conspiracy.

Theft: Three, five-gallon cans of gasoline were stolen from the front lawn at 810 Castile Run Road between July 27 and Monday, state police said.

Trailers stolen: Two horse trailers were stolen July 19 from property on Rush Run Road, state police said. The trailers, one 42-foot, black with brown stripes and the other blue, are owned by Debra Hewitt of Cokeburg.

Man charged with assault: Charles E. Tuttle, 65, of 135 Ferral Ave., Wind Ridge, was charged with simple assault and harassment for allegedly punching a person in the face three times at his Richhill Township home shortly before midnight Tuesday, state police said.

Burglary: A garage at a residence on Moreford Road was broken into between July 3 and Saturday, state police said. Unidentified items were stolen.
