There will be a changing traffic pattern on the outbound Parkway West (Interstate 376) at the Banksville Road interchange in Pittsburgh between Friday night and Sunday afternoon.

Crews will do deck repairs on the bridge over Banksville, necessitating a closure. Traffic going outbound will be reduced to a single lane once drivers exit the Fort Pitt Tunnel. All outbound traffic will get off at the Banksville off-ramp and re-enter the parkway at the Banksville on-ramp.

The work will begin about an hour after the end of the Pittsburgh Pirates game Friday night and continue through 5 p.m. Sunday. There will be no other restrictions between the Parkway Center and Interstate 79 interchanges.

A full closure on the inbound side this weekend was announced earlier in the week.
