PITTSBURGH (AP) – Police say a Pittsburgh man was arrested after trying to pick up a prostitute while driving a car with a 7-year-old and drugs inside.

The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports 26-year-old Anthony Johnson was charged with endangering the welfare of children, possession with intent to deliver, patronizing a prostitute and driving on a suspended license.

Police say Johnson was apprehended after offering to pay an undercover officer for sex shortly after midnight Saturday.

Inside the vehicle police found Johnson’s 7-year-old child, 6 grams of crack cocaine, $4,145 in cash and three cell phones.

Johnson was unable to post his $10,000 bail and remained at Allegheny County jail.
