A section of Valley View Road in Nottingham Township will be closed at the railroad crossing from 7 a.m. Tuesday until 5 p.m. Aug. 25, the state Department of Transportation said. The closure will be in place to allow Hennessey and Company crews to replace tracks and roadway surface.

A posted detour will be in place.
