Shots fired in Highland Ridge

Washington police have three men in custody and are looking for a fourth after receiving reports of shots being fired on Shannon Avenue near Poplar Street around 2:45 p.m. today.
According to city police Chief Chris Luppino, police are searching for a man who fled the area on foot.
Luppino said no injuries were reported. No other details were available.
