South Strabane police file charges
South Strabane Township police filed charges last week against several people in connection with alleged thefts from stores in the township.
Samuel Ross, 36, of 330 South Ridge Road, Coal Center, and Ashley M. Rager, 31, of Uniontown, were each charged with theft by deception, conspiracy and receiving stolen property for reportedly returning stolen items to Walmart, Trinity Point, in return for gift cards last month.
Kristine Lynn Surbella, 38, and Justin J. Doyle, 38, both of Scott Road, Eight Four, were each charged with retail theft for allegedly stealing $256 in items from Walmart last month.
Steven S. Gregor, 37, and Angela C. Arnel, 44, both of Brookside Avenue, Washington, were each charged with retail theft and theft by deception for their alleged roles in the theft of clothing from Kohl’s, Strabane Square.
