The following people appeared recently on criminal charges in Washington County Court.
Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Brandon M. Retos, 33, 409 N. Wade Ave., Washington; second offense of driving under the influence; charged June 28, 2014; sentence, 90 days to 5 months in jail, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.
Jodie Zupan, 48, 1148 Dennis Ave., Monessen; possession of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 7; sentence, 12 months of probation.
Savannah C. Gilmer, 29, 990 Thompson Ave., Donora; possession with intent to deliver; charged July 6; sentence, 3 to 12 months in jail with credit for time served, 100 hours of community service and contraband destroyed and funds forfeited.
Allison A. Davis, 22, 556 Crestline Drive, Pittsburgh; possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license; charged July 16; sentence, 12 months in the probation without verdict program.
Christopher A. Sawyer Jr., 22, 401 Idlewood Road, Pittsburgh; possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged March 6; sentence, 30 days in the probation without verdict program.
Kevin A. Collins, 28, 908 Shady Ave., Charleroi; theft, criminal trespass and accident involving damage to a vehicle; charged Sept. 3; sentence, 11 ½ to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, 12 months of probation, 100 hours of community service, restitution and no contact with victim.
Syna D. McOsker, 38, 902 Chartiers St., Washington; retail theft; charged July 14; sentence, 12 months of probation, 25 hours of community service, retail theft classes and banned from Kohl’s.
Robert T. Philips, 57, 341 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 20, 2014; sentence,18 months of probation and contraband destroyed and funds forfeited.
Austin A. Boyd, 19, 223 McKean Ave., Charleroi; aggravated assault; charged May 19, 2014; sentence, 11 ½ to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, 3 years of probation, 100 hours of community service, no contact with victim or family, anger management and GED.
James S. Courtley, 34, 1005 Crest Ave., Charleroi; disorderly conduct; charged April 10, 2014; sentence, 90 days of probation, restitution and $100 fine.
Lisa N. Wilhelm, 27, Kingwood, W.Va.; retail theft; charged July 15, 2012; sentence, 12 months of probation, restitution, retail theft classes and banned from all Walmarts.
Crystal M. Bruce, 33, 849 Henderson Ave., Washington; resisting arrest; charged May 9; sentence, 18 months of probation, 50 hours of community service, anger management classes and no contact with police officers involved.
Kristen Harps, 35, 60 Carl Ave., Eighty Four; simple assault, theft, retail theft and criminal trespass; charged June 9; sentence, 23 months of Intermediate Punishment Program with 9 months of electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, restitution, retail theft classes and no contact with victim.
William A. Jenkins Jr., 39, 849 Henderson Ave., Washington; harassment; charged July 22; sentence, 12 months of probation, anger management classes, restitution and no contact with victim or family.
Kevin C. Olinger, 56, 14 E. Pitt St., Canonsburg; simple assault; charged July 16; sentence, 12 months of probation, anger management classes and no contact with victim or family.
Robert Pimentel, 59, 190 Pikes Peak Road, Prosperity; retail theft; charged July 17; sentence, 6 months of probation, retail theft classes, restitution and banned from Giant Eagle.
Brandy Alderson, 33, 236 Richey St., Richeyville; two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 20; sentence, 18 months of probation.
Aaron H. Jeffries, 69, 36 Maple St., Brownsville; unsworn falsification; charged Feb. 18; sentence, 24 months of probation, 5 hours of community service and cannot possess firearm.
John P. Buchta, 42, 1316 Leeds Ave., Monessen; theft; charged July 20; sentence, 12 months of probation, 25 hours of community service, restitution and no contact with victim.

Justin T. Trump, 25, 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington; retail theft; charged May 8; sentence, 2 years of probation, 100 hours of community service, restitution and banned from Family Dollar.
Deonnia S. Levers, 31, 104 Warren St., Bentleyville; false reports; charged June 19, 2014; sentence, 6 months of probation.
Chad N. Gibson, 29, 245 Wood St., California; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 28; sentence, 12 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.
Jennifer L. Jones, 44, 448 Isabella Ave., North Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 3; sentence, 12 months in the probation without verdict program.
Andrew Briggs, 34, 620 Duncan Ave., Washington; possession with intent to deliver; charged Dec. 4, 2013; sentence, 24 months of Intermediate Punishment Program with first 6 months in jail.
Tevin D. Martin, 25, 2907 Boyd St., McKeesport; third offense of driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana and driving while operating privileges suspended; charged March 9; sentence, 72 hours to 6 months in jail with credit for time served, $200 fine and alcohol highway safety school.

Bruce E. Kempton, 62, 4528 Prosperity Pike, Prosperity; endangering the welfare of children and indecent exposure; charged Jan. 1, 1991; sentence, four years of probation and sex offender counseling.
