Parkway West closures planned

The Parkway West in Allegheny County will have closures this weekend, weather permitting.

Crews from the Swank Construction Company will be paving. When work is complete the Parkway West will return to its original configuration and the Carnegie interchange will reopen to traffic.

The inbound Parkway West will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday to 6 p.m. Saturday from Interstate 79 to Parkway Center Drive. The outbound side will be closed from 9 p.m. Saturday to 4 p.m. Sunday from the Greentree/Crafton interchange to I-79.
