Waynesburg Borough Council’s Public Safety Committee will hold a public meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday in borough offices, 90 E. High St., Waynesburg, on public utilities, including electric, telephone and Internet services.

A square dance with line dancing, polkas, cake walk and more will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday at Center Township fire hall in Rogersville. Cost is $5 per person and $8 per couple. Caller will be Dave Dahl. Food and drinks will be served beginning at 6:30 p.m. The dance benefits Center Township Volunteer Fire Department. For more information, call 724-499-5385.
