Water main break closes Peters Township schools
A water main line break has closed two Peters Township school Monday. The break in front of Peters Township High School on East McMurray Road has forced the closure of that school as well as Pleasant Valley Elementary School. A supervisor for 911 also said a water line break has been reported on Washington Road (Route 19). Other schools in the district will be in session.
