• Action: At the request of President Judge Katherine B. Emery, the salary board, as expected, created two new union positions within the Adult Probation Department at a wage of $21.93 per hour for pretrial services aimed at removing eligible inmates awaiting trial from the Washington County jail and requiring them to have mental health and/or drug and alcohol abuse evaluations and begin treatment.
