South Strabane police charge several in thefts

South Strabane Township police have filed charges against several people accused of stealing items from businesses in the township.

Meghan E. Sappe, 23, of Scottdale, Westmoreland County, was charged with theft by failure to make required disposition of funds and theft after she allegedly failed to deposit $130.98 at the bank while working for Claire’s, Tanger Outlets, last month.

Stephanie Rack, 24, of 135 Union St., New Eagle, is charged with retail theft and possession of paraphernalia after she allegedly stole clothing from Kohl’s, Strabane Square, earlier this month.

Several people are accused of stealing items from Walmart, Trinity Point. Sarah Lynn Severni, 25, of 139 Karmann Road, Canonsburg, is charged with retail theft, theft by deception and conspiracy for allegedly stealing items in August.

Dana M. Bradwell, 49, and Daniel Bradwell, 19, both of 14-A Mawhinney Road, Cecil, are charged with retail theft, conspiracy and theft by deception for allegedly stealing $268 in items and returning them for gift cards on Nov. 30.

Samuel Ross, 36, of 330 South Ridge Road, Coal Center, is charged with retail theft for allegedly stealing items valued at $141.76 on Saturday.
