Two charged in domestic dispute: Cumberland Township police charged two people involved in a domestic dispute Tuesday afternoon. Police said Patrick Pratt, 22, of Carmichaels, and Chelsey Hermann, 25, of 284 Sheridan Ave., Nemacolin, got into a fight at Hermann’s home about 2:45 p.m. Police said Pratt tried to choke Hermann and pushed her against the wall, and later dragged her out of the residence while she was carrying their 5-month-old child. Pratt told police Hermann went after him with a kitchen knife while he was holding the child. Both face charges of child endangerment, simple assault and harassment.
