Single-car crash: A driver escaped injury when he crashed on Route 21 on Dec. 22. State police said Billy Bainbridge, 42, of Crucible, was driving east on the highway near Grange Road where his car left the roadway and struck a guardrail.

Harassment charge: David B. Israel, 48, of Mt. Morris, was cited for harassment Dec. 14 after state police said he dragged a woman along the sidewalk in the parking lot of Mt. Morris Truck Stop.

Posts stolen: More than 40 wood posts and a compressor were stolen Dec. 22 from a home at 217 Glover Hill Road, state police said.
