The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.
Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Seth T. Skariot, 22, 2035 Route 136, Eighty Four; theft by unlawful taking; charged Jan. 20; sentence – 23 months of probation, no contact with victims and restitution.
Clyde W. Conklin, 35, 244 Castle Road, Washington; receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking; charged Aug. 3; sentence – 2 to 23 months in jail, 24 months of probation, no contact with victims and restitution.
Candida Brown, 38, 645 Hayes Ave., Washington; forgery and theft by unlawful taking; charged Jan. 30; sentence – 23 months in restrictive treatment program, seven years of probation and restitution.
Chad M. Desantis, 33, 1116 Lawton St., Monongahela; illegally operating a vehicle and failure to notify police of accidents; charged March 14; sentence – 90 days on electronic home monitoring, 40 hours of community service and $300 fine.
Calvin A. Horney, 46, 321 Beallsville Road, Bentleyville; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; charged Feb. 4; sentence – 24 months of probation and no contact with Whitey’s Towing.
Johnathan C. Green, 34, 184 Morton St., New Eagle; accident involving damage to an attended vehicle, careless driving and operating without required insurance; charged July 16; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victims.
Joel R. Gallagher, 28, 779 Addison St., Washington; manufacture, delivery and possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance; charged Jan. 13; sentence – 11 months in jail, three years in the intermediate punishment program and three years of probation.
Jeffrey T. Randall, 24, 100 West Cherry Ave., Washington; manufacture, delivery and possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance; charged July 15, 2014; sentence – six to 23 months in jail, three years of probation and 100 hours of community service.
Rebecca J. Garbart, 50, 1176 Bruce St., Washington; manufacture, delivery and possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance; charged July 15, 2014; sentence – six months in jail, three years in the intermediate punishment program and nine months of electronic home monitoring.
Lennie Anderson, 32, 221 Linden Ave. Rear, Monessen; manufacture, delivery and possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance; charged Sept. 12, 2014; sentence – 2 to 4 years in jail.
Calvin M. Kovalchuk, 27, 465 Fourth St., Charleroi; criminal trespass and flight to avoid apprehension; charged Aug. 1; sentence – 12 to 24 months in jail and three years of probation.

Jason L. Hartzell, 36, 275 North Ave., Washington; false identification to law enforcement and driving with a suspended license; charged March 21; sentence – 60 days in jail, 12 months of probation, $500 fine and a one-year license suspension.
Alfonso J. Serra, 38, 210 Arena Drive, Weirton, W.Va.; retail theft; charged Feb. 12, 2014; sentence – 15 days to 23 months in jail and no contact with Target.

Edward J. Karol, 28, 621 First St., Donora; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 3; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Jordan Wilson-Johnson, 23, 246 Hillside Ave., Pittsburgh; simple assault, theft by unlawful taking, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 23, 2014; sentence – 111/2 to 23 months in jail and 24 months of probation.
Chad S. Smith, 26, 365 Duncan Ave., Washington; controlled substance violation; charged Dec. 28; sentence – 1 to 2 years in jail.
Jonteal Marchiny-Baker, 24, 21 Lawton Ave., Uniontown; retail theft; charged Oct. 28; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Walmart.
Durand W. Frey, 32, 9 Net Ave., Uniontown; conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged Sept. 12; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Walmart.
Ashley M. Chalfant, 24, 322 Second St., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 23; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Savanah Johnson, 18, 332 Sprowls Ave., Houston; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 2; sentence – six months of probation.
Karen T. Pritchard, 50, 321 Cadwallader St., Brownsville; retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged May 29; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.

Lawrence Filby, 48, 66 C St., Clarksville; theft by unlawful taking; charged May 17, 2014; sentence – 30 days to 18 months in jail, no contact with Chesapeake Energy and restitution.
Michael A Miske Jr., 32, 1220 Highland Drive, California; receiving stolen property; charged Aug. 27, 2013; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program and six months on electronic home monitoring.
Thomas M. Miske, 64, of Merrittstown; receiving stolen property; charged Aug. 27, 2012; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program and six months on electronic home monitoring.
Dennis Phillips, 36, 920 Weirich Ave., Washington; criminal mischief; charged May 4; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Kimberly Snyder, 21, of Charleroi; theft by deception; charged Feb. 12, 2014; sentence – 18 months of probation and restitution.
Dennis J. Phillips Jr., 36, 920 Weirich Ave., Washington; terroristic threats and simple assault; charged April 16, 2012; sentence – 1 month to 18 months in jail.
Paul A. Pivirotto, 28, 51 Lyman Ave., Washington; retail theft; charged March 25; sentence – six months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.
William R. Coulter, 33, 3314 Rainbow Run Road, Monongahela; criminal mischief; charged April 16; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victims.
Shirley Snavely, 43, 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington; retail theft; charged July 3, 2014; sentence – six months of probation and no contact with Shop ‘n Save.
Austin J. Cole, 20, 203 Grace Ave., Canonsburg; use of access device issued to another who did not authorize use; charged June 22; sentence – 18 months of probation and no contact with victim.
Susan Litvin, 42, 155 Memorial Drive, Perryopolis; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 18; sentence – 12 months of probation.
William R. Coulter, 33, 3314 Rainbow Run Road, Monongahela; criminal trespass; charged Feb. 19, 2014; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail.

Zane D. Campbell, 47, 615 St. Clair St., Mingo Junction, Ohio; driving under the influence; charged May 31; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 180 days on electronic home monitoring, 18-month driver’s license suspension and $1,500 fine.
Anthony C. Caroselli, 35, of Ellsworth; driving under the influence and driving without a license; charged Oct. 12, 2014; sentence – six months of probation and $500 fine.
Joseph C. Durila, 28, 304 Sugar Maple Circle, Washington; driving under the influence; charged March 24; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 180 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension and 12 months of the ignition interlock system.
