Burglary arrest: Andrew Rozik, 31, of Belle Vernon, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with burglary, theft, receiving stolen property, trespassing and theft, court records state. He is accused of conspiring with Joshua Vedder, 28, of Charleroi, to break into a residence near the 800 block of Washington Avenue about 8:20 a.m. Oct. 21 to steal a new commode and bathroom vanity worth $170 and insulation, police stated in the affidavit. Rozik is in Washington County jail on $150,000 bond set Friday by District Judge Larry Hopkins.
