Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.
Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:
James M. Sibert, 52, 115 Willow Drive, McMurray; first offense of driving under the influence; charged July 24; sentence – 23 months in the Intermediate Punishment Program with first 3 months of SCRAM device and first 6 months of electronic home monitoring, 18-month license suspension and 1-year interlock ignition device.
Branden Washington, 19, 327 W. Burgess St., Pittsburgh; institutional vandalism; charged Oct. 24; sentence – 18 months of probation and restitution.
Ronae M. Patterson, 45, 22 E. Prospect Ave., Washington; retail theft; charged May 31; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and banned from Marshall’s.
Daniel L. Robison, 24, 3150 Kelvin St., Pittsburgh; retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 24; sentence – 12 months of probation and retail theft classes.
Jalene J. Nichols, 19, 910 Fayette St., Washington; simple assault; charged Oct. 26; sentence – 10 months of probation with credit for time served, anger management classes and no contact with victim.
Susan L. Phillips, 26, 209 E. Second Ave., Langeloth; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 13; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Alecia M. Bentz, 21, 26 Erie St., Washington; conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged Aug. 14; sentence – 12 months of probation and retail theft classes.
Tyler Criswell, 26, 214 Green St., Houston; access device fraud and theft; charged Sept. 22; sentence – 2 years of probation and restitution.
Misty Sutterfield, 36, Claysville; retail theft; charged Aug. 8; sentence – 6 months of probation and banned from Rite Aid.
Chad J. Hutchison, 30, 1820 Washington Road, Washington; theft; charged June 22; sentence – 6 months of probation, restitution and banned from Dollar General.
Jack A. Seabright Jr., 28, 219 North Ave., Washington; unsworn falsification; charged Aug. 19; sentence – 6 months of probation.
Noe A. Sanchez, 33, 134 North Ave., Washington; theft; charged Oct. 21; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, restitution and no contact with victim.
Joseph W. Naraskivitch, 48, 1154 Griffith St., Washington; driving with a suspended license, second offense of driving under the influence and driving without insurance; charged May 11; sentence – 120 days to 6 months in jail, $1,750 fine, 1-year license suspension and 1-year interlock ignition device.
Richard L. Stoffer, 56, 120 McKean Ave., Donora; second offense of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged July 19; sentence – 30 days to 6 months in jail, 90 days of electronic home monitoring, $1,750 fine, 1-year license suspension and 1-year interlock ignition device.
Robert M. Workman, 43, 14 ½ E. Grant St., Houston; first offense of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged July 15; sentence – 30 days to 6 months in jail, 90 days of electronic home monitoring, $2,000 fine and 1-year license suspension.
Michelle M. Ellis, 43, 110 Pine Ave., Houston; second offense of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged May 23; sentence – 6 months in the Intermediate Punishment Program with first 3 days in jail followed by 45 days of SCRAM, $750 fine, 1-year license suspension and 12-month interlock ignition device.
James E. Gaston Jr., 23, 666 Broad St., Washington; possession with a controlled substance; charged March 9; sentence – 3 to 12 months in jail with credit for time served.
Jefrey J. Mitrik, 33, 411 Tioga St., Homestead; second offense of driving under the influence; charged April 12; sentence – 18 months in the Intermediate Punishment Program with first 3 months of SCRAM and first 5 months of electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension and 12-month interlock ignition device.
