Community Action Southwest is offering free classes in March at its computer learning center in Washington for lower-income adults interested in enhancing their skills for employment or educational opportunities.

All of the classes, taught by volunteers, meet once a week.

• Basic computer skills, four sessions, will begin on March 9, from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

• Microsoft Word, four sessions, will begin March 12 from 9:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

• Microsoft Excel, six sessions, will begin March 17, from 10 a.m. to noon.
