Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle was:

John V. Morosky, 51, 716 Locust St., Richeyville; second offense of DUI; charged Sept. 4, 2013; sentence – 10 days to 6 months of electronic home monitoring, $500 fine, 12-month license suspension and 12-month interlock ignition device.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Jena M. Stephan, 28, 825 Sally St., White Oak; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 4; sentence – 12 months of probation with credit for time served.

Melissa Longo, 27, 4974 Williamsport Road, Elizabeth; possession with intent to deliver; charged March 24; sentence – 6 months of electronic home monitoring.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:

Darrell Diaz, 28, 316 Hawthorne St., Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance; charged July 16; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Ryan M. Umensetter, 29, 30 Gibson Ave., Washington; possession with intent to deliver and driving with a suspended license; charged Feb. 2, 2012; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation and $200 fine.

Patrick W. Confort, 54, 280 Sunset Boulevard, Washington; first offense of DUI; charged July 11; sentence – 10 days to 6 months in jail, $1,000 fine and 12-month license suspension.

Dominic F. Dejohn Jr., 56, 12 Fort Cherry Road, McDonald; second offense of DUI; charged May 11; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 60 days of electronic home monitoring and first 30 days of SCRAM device, 12-month license suspension, 12-month interlock ignition device and $750 fine.

Del E. Nyswaner, 49, Clarksville; second offense of DUI and driving with a suspended license; charged March 5, 2013; sentence – 5 days to 6 months in jail, 90 days of electronic home monitoring, $1,300 fine and 12-month license suspension.

Thomas J. Farquhar, 44, 1035 Rockville Road, South Fork; second offense of DUI; charged July 12; sentence – 90 days to 18 months in jail, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension and 12-month interlock ignition device.

Aaron T. Hrutkay, 25, 801 Spear St., California; second offense of DUI and driving with a suspended license; charged May 24; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 15 days in jail and next 30 days of SCRAM device, 90 days of electronic home monitoring, $1,750 fine, 12-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.

Gregory F. Spencer, 45, 54 Ankrom Road, Washington; second offense of DUI and driving with a suspended license; charged June 21; sentence – 30 days to 6 months in jail, 90 days of electronic home monitoring, $1,750 fine, 12-month license suspension and 12-month interlock ignition device.
