One lane of Interstate 70 west is closed in the area of the Chestnut Street exit after a crash involving a tractor-trailer shortly after 4 p.m. today, state police said. It is the second tractor-trailer crash snarling traffic today on I-70. A fatal crash involving two tractor-trailers at about 7 a.m. near the Claysville exit closed the westbound lanes in that area for more than eight hours and led to traffic tie-ups most of the day.
