A free community dinner will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Friday in the fellowship hall at the Rogersville United Methodist Church. The meal will include ham, buttered potatoes, green Beans, applesauce, rolls, dessert and beverages. Donations are accepted and carryout is available. Everyone is welcome. An indoor yard sale will be held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 7 at the Rogersville Fire Hall. Table space is available for $10. Food and drinks will be served. The event is sponsored by the auxiliary of the Center Township Volunteer Fire Department.

The Carmichaels Women’s Civic Club will meet at 6 p.m. March 5 in the fellowship hall of the Carmichaels Methodist Church. All club members are encouraged to attend this meeting and to bring a guest for the “Brush It On” painting party with local artist Diane Adams. New members are welcome.
