The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.
Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Jack W. Golick, 53, 1054 Allison Ave., Washington; second offense of driving under the influence; charged July 13; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 9 months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.
Brandon L. Miklic, 29, 1886 Beham Ridge Road, Claysville; second offense of DUI and disregarding traffic lane; charged July 8; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months on electronic home monitoring, $1,525 fine and alcohol highway safety school.
Sheldon P. Mooney, 22, 23 Sunnycrest Drive, Cecil; first offense of DUI; charged Aug. 18; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.
Gregory C. Tomasetti, 46, 2013 Trillium Court, Canonsburg; third offense of DUI and driving with a suspended license; charged Aug. 22; sentence – 5 years of Intermediate Punishment program with first 12 months on electronic home monitoring, $2,500 fine, 30-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.
Brian L. Cole, 36, 290 Donnan Ave., Washington; first offense of DUI, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and driving with a suspended license; charged July 24; sentence – 48 hours to 6 months in jail, 12 months of probation, $725 fine, 24-month license suspension and alcohol highway safety school.
Christina D. Bennett, 35, 662 Joffre-Bulger Road, Bulger; first offense of DUI; charged March 17; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and alcohol highway safety school.
Christopher M. Flory, 36, 389 Highland Ridge Road, Claysville; first offense of DUI and following too closely; charged Aug. 4; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $525 fine, 12-month license suspension and alcohol highway safety school.
Tomacina J. Walters, 30, 57 Third Ave., Atlasburg; first offense of DUI; charged June 16; sentence – 72 hours to 6 months in jail, $1,000 fine, 12-month license suspension and alcohol highway safety school.
William M. Loughry, 44, 30 Mawhinney Road, Cecil; first offense of DUI; charged June 13; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 days on electronic home monitoring and alcohol highway safety school.
Emma N. Hackett, 29, 204 Fourth Ave., Brownsville; two counts of possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 19, 2012; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in jail and 2 years of probation.
Gerald W. Campbell, 50, Hickory; driving with a suspended license; charged Feb. 3, 2011; sentence – 30 days in jail with credit for time served and $1,000 fine.
James W. Wright Jr., 33, 17 Fifth St., Vestaburg; possession with intent to deliver; charged July 15; sentence – 3 years of probation and restitution.
Drew J. Molinari, 34, 1091 Williams Drive, Belle Vernon; possession of a controlled substance; charged Feb. 16, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation, banned from casinos and random drug testing.
Anthony L. Henderson, 28, 1795 Park Ave., Washington; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 12; sentence – 12 months of probation with credit for time served.
Josh T. Confort, 25, 365 Allison Ave., Washington; second offense of DUI and failure to use safety belt; charged July 11; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $760 fine, 12-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.
Joseph Pennachio, 60, Meadow Lands; first offense of DUI, careless driving and failure to use safety belt; charged June 28; sentence – 6 months of probation, $335 fine and alcohol highway safety school.
Jason Wagner, 30, 7 John Ave. Ext., Slovan; first offense of DUI, driving without a license, operating a vehicle without insurance, failure to use safety belt and operating a vehicle without valid inspection; charged June 29; sentence – 72 hours to 6 months in jail and $1,535 fine.
Christopher D. Thomas Sr., 54, 691 ½ Cleveland Road, Washington; first offense of DUI, driving at unsafe speed and failure to use safety belt; charged March 1; sentence – 48 hours to 6 months in jail, $535 fine and 12-month license suspension.
Amy M. Doughty, 32, 147 McNeilly Road, Pittsburgh; first offense of DUI; charged April 10; sentence – 12 months of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:
James J. Woods III, 40, 703 Sixth St., Marianna; second offense of DUI; charged June 19; sentence – 18 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 30 days in jail followed by 60 days on SCRAM device, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.
Scotty P. Rodriguez, 25, 99 Kenric Ave., Donora; possession of a controlled substance; charged Aug. 11, 2010; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Gregory A. Bayless Jr., 33, 640 Moore Road, Washington; possession with intent to deliver; charged June 20; sentence – 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail.
Nicole L. Hairston, 31, 822 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; possession of a controlled substance; charged Aug. 6; sentence – 6 months of probation.

Candice Jackson, 25, 616 Division St., Monessen; two counts of possession with intent to deliver and person not to possess firearm; charged April 28; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in jail with credit for time served and 3 years of probation.
