FRANKLIN

Vehicle fire: A vehicle was found engulfed in flames on Woodland Avenue in Franklin Township at 5:18 p.m. Monday, state police said. Police identified the vehicle’s owner as James Temple and said it was reported stolen from his South Morris Street home in Waynesburg before troopers found it on fire.
