The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Christopher S. Bedillion, 42, 392 McKee Road, Washington; harassment; charged Jan. 26; sentence – $300 fine and domestic violence counseling.

Jillian J. McBride, 38, 4319 Route 40, Claysville; furnishing drug-free urine; charged March 3; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Laurel A. McFeely, 40, 908 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 1; sentence – 12 months of probation and community service.

Angelina E. Atkinson, 48, 473 W. Hallam St., Washington; robbery and criminal mischief; charged Sept. 31; sentence – six to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation, restitution and banned from Goodwill stores.

Dominique L. Simmons, 26, Columbus, Ohio; providing false identification to law enforcement; charged Feb. 9, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Nicholas L. Novotny, 27, 321 Beallsville Road, Bentleyville; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 14; sentence – 12 months of probation.

James E. Hannen, 51, 258 Dividing Ridge Road, Prosperity; harassment; charged Sept. 1, 2013; sentence – $150 fine.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Ronald E. Boyer, 42, 723 Wilson St., Salineville, Ohio; possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct; charged May 24, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victim.

Donald R. Nuttall, 47, 1116 St. Clair St., Latrobe; theft by deception; charged July 2, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and 25 hours of community service

Brenda D. Evans, 44, 39 1/2 Becker St., Houston; harassment and criminal mischief; charged Sept. 4; sentence – 6 months of probation, no contact with victim, 25 hours of community service and anger management counseling.

Rebecca A. Murphy, 40, 3712 Kelly Hollow Road, Monongahela; accident involving damage to an attended vehicle, failure to stop and render aid and driving with a suspended license; charged Jan. 13; sentence – six months of probation, $3,025 fine and 90 days of electric home monitoring.

Amanda L. Molinaro, 33, 144 44th St., Pittsburgh; retail theft; charged Feb. 24; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Kohl’s.

Robert A. Campbell, 36, 406 Washington Ave., Charleroi; retail theft; charged July 23; sentence – 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail and have no contact with Dollar General.

Gregory L. Ivory Jr., 22, 426 Parkinson St., Monongahela; simple assault; charged May 20; sentence – two years of probation and anger management course.

Paul Dessify, no DOB, Washington St. Ext., Cokesburg; criminal trespass; charged April 2; sentence – Four to eight months in jail.

Michelle J. Mellars, 46, 680 Broad St., Washington; retail theft and defiant trespass; charged Oct. 12; sentence – 18 months of probation, retail theft counseling and banned from Shop ‘n Save.

Stephanie M. Clutter, 29, 251 Thompson Ave., Donora; disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 4; sentence – $300 fine.

Harley D. Pettigrew, 19, 126 Wylie Ave., Strabane; corruption of minors; charged June 1, 2014; sentence – 2 years of probation and remain in treatment with Youth Education Services, Mercer County.

Joseph M. Brandsma, 25, 545 Scott Lane, Venetia; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 28, 2014; sentence – 12 months of Probation Without Verdict program.

Robin D. Hill, 54, 326 Graham St., North Belle Vernon; unauthorized use of automobile; charged Nov. 8; sentence – 12 months of probation, 50 hours of community service and no contact with victim.

Robert A. Campbell, 36, 406 Washington Ave., Charleroi; two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 30; sentence – 12 months of probation.

William H. Blankinsop, 48, 665 Addison St., Washington; possession of a controlled substance; charged Oct. 21, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation and 25 hours of community service.

Theresa Ward-Terry, 44, 466 Third St., Donora; two counts of possession of a controlled substance; charged Feb. 8; sentence – 12 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Jessica R. Miller, 21, 70 Laurie Lane, Washington; driving with a suspended license and providing false identification to law enforcement; charged Sept. 15; sentence – 1 year of probation, 50 hours of community service and $200 fine.

Joseph E. Gorby, 27, 619 Best Ave., Washington; fraudulently altering registration or insurance information, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 3; sentence – 23 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Cody T. Nichols, 28, 734 Thompson Ave., Donora; possession of a controlled substance; charged Nov. 30; sentence – 12 months of probation.

James M. Elliot, 53, 430 ½ W. Chestnut St., Washington; simple assault; charged Nov. 3; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in jail.

Anthony J. Mavrikas, 28, 333 N. Main St., Washington; burglary and theft by unlawful taking; charged Aug. 27; sentence – 3 years of Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months on electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with victim.

Ronald L. Ringer, 39, 259 Bench Ave., Washington; conspiracy to commit burglary; charged Aug. 28; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 90 days on electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with victim.

Appearing before Judge Edward Borkowski were:

Michael Caldwell, 28, 2806 Main St., Beallsville; second offense of driving under the influence and driving without a license; charged Oct. 18; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment program, 12-month license suspension, $950 fine and SCRAM device for 60 days.

Kim L. Karmann, 54, 186 Cecil-Henderson Road, Canonsburg; first offense of driving under the influence; charged Aug. 21; sentence – 3 to 6 months in jail, $1,000 fine and 12-month license suspension.

John Q. Lazear, 31, 423 W. College St., Canonsburg; first offense of driving under the influence; charged Nov. 26; sentence – 3 to 6 months in jail with credit for time served, $1,000 fine and 12-month license suspension.

Moses E. Harris, 26, 219 McKean Ave., Charleroi; second offense of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Nov. 13; sentence – 18 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 30 days in jail followed by 4 months of SCRAM device, 90 days on electronic home monitoring, $2,000 fine and 18-month license suspension followed by 1-year Interlock ignition device.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:

Terri L. Henderson, 51, 525 Marne Ave., Monongahela; flight to avoid apprehension; charged May 15; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Matthew D. Heim, 22, 21 Stonecrest Lane, Cecil; fleeing or attempting to elude an officer; charged March 18; sentence – 18 months of probation.
