Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Justin D. Key, 25, 426 Main St., New Eagle; possession with intent to deliver; charged Dec. 26; sentence – 3 to 23 months incarceration with minimum sentence to be served on electronic home monitoring.

Jared E. Clemens, 22, 1842 The Circle, Washington; possession with intent to deliver; charged July 21; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail.

Kristen M. Sibert, 29, 1842 The Circle, Washington; possession with intent to deliver; charged July 21; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail.

Barbara A. Kroskie, 1197 Graham Ave., Monessen; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 19; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Fabria L. Scandolari, 32, Wintersville, Ohio; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 10; sentence – 6 months of probation.

Randy Wasnik, 42, 342 Weavertown Road, Canonsburg; possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 22, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Jason A. Simms, 29, 780 Allison Ave., Washington; fleeing or attempting to elude police and driving with a suspended license; charged March 29, 2014; sentence – 60 days of incarceration served in part in treatment facility with balance on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $500 fine and 1-year license suspension.

Jerry W. Mull II, 33, 87 Martin Ave., Avella; possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 25, 2013; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months of electronic home monitoring and 12 months of probation.

Blake M. Tretinik, 31, 13 Williams St., Uniontown; possession of a controlled substance; charged Oct. 9; sentence – 12 months of probation and 25 hours of community service.

Jean McLaughlin, 43, 119 Locust St., Muse; driving with a suspended license; charged Aug. 11; sentence – 60 days of electronic home monitoring and $500 fine.

Brandon W. Deveaney, 24, 139 S. McDonald St., McDonald; fleeing, operating a vehicle without insurance and driving at safe speed; charged Nov. 13; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months of electronic home monitoring and $400 fine.

Frank G. Auld, 42, 6 Sixth St., Marianna; possession of a controlled substance; charged Oct. 9; sentence – 12 months of probation, 25 hours of community service and forfeit $219 to drug task force.

Raymond D. Arnold, 46, 202 Meldon Ave., Donora; possession of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 24, 2011; sentence – 12 months of probation.

William J. Noppe, 29, 523 Rear Alexander St., Greensburg; two counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 11; sentence – 3 to 12 months in jail with credit for time served, 12 months of probation and attend 12-step program meetings.

Rebecca Gatalicia, 24, 185 Cemetery Road, Vanderbilt; possession of a controlled substance; charged Jan. 3; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Marvelle M. Jennings-Robinson, 35, 622 Davis St., Aliquippa; possession with intent to deliver, charged May 14, 2013; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months of electronic home monitoring.

Joshua M. Loutitt, 22, 425 Chess St., Monongahela; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 4; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Michael J. Traficante, 49, 2329 Hill Church Houston Road, Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance; charged May 8, 2013; sentence – 12 month of probation.

Kristy L. Knight, 33, 9 Patsch St., Houston; theft; charged Jan. 5; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and 12-step program.

Andrew Bruner, 31, 150 Linden Ave., Charleroi; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 2; sentence – 24 months of probation, attend 12-step program meetings, good behavior, abstain from drugs and alcohol and all contraband and funds seized.

James D. Collins III, 45, 340 Brigich Road, Canonsburg; two second offenses of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license; charged Aug. 9, 2013 and Nov. 15, 2013; sentence – 5 years of Intermediate Punishment program with first 8 months in jail then 12 months on SCRAM device and $3,450 fine and restitution.

Courtney R. Dixon, 22, 185 Dogwood Ave., Westland; driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without valid inspection; charged Jan. 4; sentence – $525 fine and 12-month license suspension.

William R. Phillips IV, 31, 1217 Lower Crest Avenue, Charleroi; false identification to officer and possession of a controlled substance; charged April 12, 2014; sentence – 1 year of probation.

Semaj D. Lowe, 22, 419 McKean Ave., Donora; possession with intent to deliver, receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance; charged June 15, 2014; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation, 150 hours of community service and restitution.

Shantye R. Brown, 35, 430 ½ W. Chestnut St., Washington; possession with intent to deliver; charged Jan. 11, 2011; sentence – 3 years of Intermediate Punishment program with first three months in jail and 12 months of electronic home monitoring.
