The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:

Brandi L. Rayburn, 39, 15 Coal St., Dunlevy; defiant trespass; charged April 28; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Sarah E. Moore, 26, 218 Birch St., Claysville; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 1; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Brandon P. Henderson, 27, 525 Marne St., Monongahela; flight to avoid apprehension; charged May 15; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Matthew D. Heim, 22, 21 Stonecrest Lane, Cecil; criminal mischief; charged Jan. 26; sentence – 12 months of probation, $50 fine and restitution.

Thelma M. Friday, 43, 27 Cumberland Village, Carmichaels; possession of a controlled substance; charged March 11; sentence – 5 days to 12 months in jail with credit for time service and $101 forfeited to drug task force.

Trevor A. Wolfe, 25, 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 8; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Jacie R. Bedillion, 34, 7 Poverty Point Road, Claysville; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 16, 2013; sentence – 12 months of Intermediate Punishment program with two weeks in jail followed by 30 days on electronic home monitoring.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Chet A. McLaughlin, 46, 514 Washington Ave., Charleroi; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 17; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Terry Levers, 24, Wellsburg, W.Va.; possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license; charged April 23, 2014; sentence – 12 months of Probation Without Verdict program and $200 fine.

Chelsea A. Elias, 26, 4 Hubbard Road, Burgettstown; possession with intent to deliver; charged July 22, 2010; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 9 months of electronic home monitoring and $120 fine.

Justin M. Karmann, 27, 186 Cecil Henderson Road, Canonsburg; possession with intent to deliver; charged Aug. 21; sentence – 23 months of Restrictive Treatment program with first 90 days of electronic home monitoring and 100 hours of community service.

Michael D. McBride, 28, 500 W. Main St., Monongahela; second offense of driving under the influence and driving while blood-alcohol content 0.02 percent or greater while license suspended; charged May 22, 2014; sentence – 5 years of Intermediate Punishment program with 12 months on electronic home monitoring and credit for time served, $2,500 fine, 18-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.

Brian E. Lyon III, 33, 741 Fourth St., Donora; possession with intent to deliver; charged Jan. 29; sentence – 1 year less 1 day to 2 years less 2 days in jail with credit for time served and attend AA/NA meetings upon parole.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Heather R. Young, 34, 563 Brigich Road, Canonsburg; endangering the welfare of children, possession with intent to deliver and resisting arrest; charged April 30, 2014; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served.

Jennifer E. Chisler, 24, 8 Stadium Road, Millsboro; two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license; charged Nov. 21; sentence – 18 months of probation and $200 fine.

Bruce W. Debee, 38, 335 N. Main St., Washington; accident involving damage, operating a vehicle without insurance and driving with a suspended license; charged Dec. 3, 2013; sentence – 90 days of electronic home monitoring, $800 fine and restitution.

Ryan W. Santek, 24, no address; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 26; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Derek J. Lowe, 22, 213 Luella Ave., Charleroi; possession of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 21, 2014; sentence – 7 to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation and 100 hours of community service.

Daniella N. Dull, 317 N. Second St., Jeannette; possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged March 18; sentence – 3 to 6 days of Probation Without Verdict program with credit for time served.

Richard A. Westen, 35, 2849 Main St., Beallsville; making false statements and providing false information to obtain firearm; charged June 9, 2014; sentence – 2 years of probation and 100 hours of community service.

Charles E. Davis, 45, 901 Marion St., New Eagle; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 27; sentence – 12 months of probation and 25 hours of community service.
