South Strabane Township police said any unused and unwanted prescription and over-the-counter medication can be dropped off at a receptacle in the lobby of their department, 550 Washington Road, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. this week.

Medication should be brought in by Friday so that it can be turned over for disposal by the federal Drug Enforcement Agency.
