The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.
Appearing before Judge John Disalle were:
Rachel C. Rettinger, 26, 298 Ross Road, Eighty Four; driving under the influence and burglary; charged March 15; sentence – six months in jail, 25 months in the restrictive treatment program, 90 days on electric home monitoring, 12-month license suspension, $1,000 fine, restitution and no contact with victims.
Nicole L. Allen, 29, 480 Addison St., Washington; conspiracy to commit burglary and receiving stolen property; charged Feb. 17, 2014; sentence – one year of probation, 23 months in the restrictive treatment program and restitution.
Kristin Mull, 25, 243 Rices Landing Road, Rices Landing; defiant trespass; charged Aug. 20, 2013; sentence – 12 months in the restrictive treatment program.
David A. Kalvesmaki, 27, 137 Valley View Drive, Belle Vernon; resisting arrest; charged Dec. 14; sentence – 18 months in the alternate disposition program.
