PITTSBURGH (AP) – Police say a man found shot multiple times on a Pittsburgh porch is refusing to cooperate with investigators.

The 28-year-old was shot around 1 a.m. Wednesday in the city’s Allentown neighborhood. He’s hospitalized at UPMC Mercy in stable condition.
