Resurfacing will be occurring in California Borough over the next few weeks, starting Wednesday. Improvements including milling and paving will occur on Route 88 (Wood Street and Thirdrd Street) and continue through. Work will be suspended while California University of Pennsylvania students return to campus and resume at a later date.

Traffic will be controlled with flaggers and motorists are urged to use alternative roads to reach their destinations.
