Disorderly charge: Donald E. Taylor, 43, of 249 Wood St., was charged by California police with violating the disorderly house ordinance for allegedly playing music too loudly about 5 a.m. Thursday.
Harassment charge: Michael Warman of 416 ½ Greenside Ave., Canonsburg, will be charged by Canonsburg police with harassment after he allegedly threw a marijuana grinder at Carly Klim, hitting her in the foot, Sunday night. He also allegedly threw a ring at her chest. She was taken to Canonsburg Hospital for treatment of her foot injury, police said.
Trespass, mischief charges: Michael A. Milton, 21, of 318 ½ Greenside Ave., Canonsburg; Robert A. Stringert III, 21, of 151 ½ Boone Ave., Strabane; and Wilber G. Hoff II, 18, of 306 Valley View Terrace, Canonsburg, will be charged by Canonsburg police with trespassing and criminal mischief after police say they were found Sunday in a garage at 1155 First St.
Mixer stolen: Stephanie Madosky of 315 Summit Ave. told Canonsburg police Saturday her antique Kitchen Aid mixer was stolen and sold at a pawn shop. Charges are pending.
Vandalism reported: Canonsburg police said smiley faces were spray painted on the kitchen and bathroom at Yoney Pavilion in Canonsburg Town Park and on stone pillars at the entrance to the park. Smiley faces also were painted on several stop signs, at the Gateway Gardens on Adams Avenue and on the borough building. Most of the damage was discovered Saturday morning. Damage to the borough building was done Thursday.
Mischief charge: Andrew Dashofy, 19, of 517 McNary Ave., Canonsburg, will be charged by Canonsburg police with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after he allegedly damaged several vehicles parked at 517 Moore Ave. Saturday.
Assault charges: Jay Brown, 46, of 215 Key Ave., Canton, was arrested Thursday by Washington police on charges of simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief after he allegedly assaulted Stephanie Auld and Jamie Booker before damaging a vehicle owned by Sandra Welsh, state police said. He was arraigned before District Judge Gary Havelka and placed in Washington County jail on $10,000 bond.
DUI, marijuana charges: Zane David Campbell, 47, of Mingo Junction, Ohio, was arrested early Sunday by Charleroi Regional police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana and traffic violations stemming from a traffic stop in the 500 block of McKean Avenue. He was arraigned before District Judge Gary Havelka and placed in Washington County jail on $2,500 bond.
Receiving, theft charges: David B. Fetsko II, 31, of 18 Salena St., Bentleyville, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant on charges of receiving stolen property and theft stemming from the theft of items from two vehicles on Grant Street, Cokeburg, April 15, state police said. He was arraigned before District Judge Gary Havelka and placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.
Two charged: Nicholas J. Cirigliano, 25, and Brendan C. Atchison, 28, both of South Park, were charged last week by Hanover police with theft and criminal mischief for allegedly stealing a side mirror from a truck parked at First Niagara Pavilion May 15. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Gary Havelka.
Disorderly, drunkenness charges: Jules W. Redman, 49, of 110 Church St., Midway, was charged Friday by McDonald police with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct for allegedly urinating outside a building at 110 S. McDonald St.
Theft charges: Joseph Ciammiachella, 62, of 100 Railroad St., Midway, and Amy Campbell, 49, of Imperial was charged by McDonald police stemming from an April 22 incident at his home. He is accused of punching her and she is accused of pointing a gun at him. Ciammiachella is charged with harassment and simple assault. Campbell is charged with terroristic threats and harassment. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Gary Havelka.
Driver injured: Rick Joseph, 54, of Bethany, W.Va., was injured Wednesday when his vehicle went over a hill in the 1600 block of Millers Run Road, Mt. Pleasant police said. He was flown to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh for treatment. Police are continuing their investigation into the crash. Traffic violations are pending.
Theft, receiving charge: Leanna Yoho, 33, of 135 Main St., Hickory, was arrested Wednesday by Mt. Pleasant police on charges of theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing a credit card from her mother, Jane Worthington. She was arraigned before District Judge Gary Havelka and released from Washington County jail after posting $5,000 bond.
Two charged: Jane Worthington, 56, of 135 Main St., Hickory, and William Tyler Ankrom, 21, also of 135 Main, were charged with harassment stemming from a physical altercation Tuesday in the front yard of their home, Mt. Pleasant police said.
One injured: Sean Mahland, 25, of Avella, was injured Thursday morning when he swerved to miss a deer on Martin Road and hit a tree. He was flown to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. Police said the investigation is continuing.
Mailbox damaged: Mt. Pleasant police said a mailbox at 6 Cherry Valley Road was damaged Thursday. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-356-7917.
Bicycle stolen: Mt. Pleasant police said a child’s bicycle was stolen and a second one damaged Thursday at 96 Main St., Hickory.
Warrant arrest: Tyler Demianzyk, 24, of 93 Hornhead Road, Mt. Pleasant, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant. Mt. Pleasant police were called to his home for a child custody dispute and discovered he was wanted. He was placed in Washington County jail.
Restaurant cited: The operators of Pizzaz Pizza, 2850 Washington Road, Peters, were cited Wednesday by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for allegedly serving alcohol to a minor April 6.
DUI, drug charges: Police charged Melissa L. Linton, 38, of Hunting Creek Road, Canonsburg, with DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia after they said she was found slumped over the wheel of her car shortly after noon Saturday behind the McDowell Shops on Washington Road. Police said they found stamp bags and a syringe in her vehicle.
Drug charges: Police charged Alexander Chametzky with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The charges were filed following a medical call Monday to a home on Brookdale Circle in McMurray, where police said Chametzky was found unconscious.
DUI charge: Kenneth M. Weir, 44, of 5 Deer Lane, Avella, was charged last week by Smith police with DUI stemming from a two-vehicle crash April 29 on Route 18. Police said he reportedly crossed the center line and hit an oncoming vehicle. Police said his blood-alcohol content was more than double the 0.08 percent limit at which intoxication is presumed. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Gary Havelka.
Drug charges: Megan M. Revay, 27, of 10 Market St., Burgettstown, was charged last week by Smith police with possession of crack and paraphernalia. Police said they were called May 26 to a wooded area in Langeloth where Revay reportedly overdosed. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Gary Havelka.
Theft arrest: Danielle Metts, 46, of 256 Donnan Ave., Washington, was arrested Thursday by South Strabane police on a charge of retail theft after she allegedly stole items from Kohl’s, Strabane Square. She was arraigned before District Judge Gary Havelka and placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.
Vehicle damaged: South Strabane police said a window was broken on a vehicle parked Friday on Budd Baer property at 1050 Washington Road. A seat belt also was cut.
Two face charges: Kenneth Friend, 50, of 350 Third St., Washington, and his passenger, Billie Jo Burnsworth, 30, of 1073 Addison St., Washington, face charges stemming from an incident Friday night. Police said they stopped Friend on Sycamore Street after he nearly backed into a marked police cruiser. Police said they then found empty stamp bags and syringes in a bag owned by Burnsworth. Friend will be charged with DUI, while Burnsworth will be charged with possession of paraphernalia.
Woman spit at: Alexandra Overbeem told Washington police Sunday a former employee at Little Caesar’s, Jefferson Avenue, came into the business and spit in her face.
Vehicle damaged: Margareta Sadler of Washington told Washington police Sunday her vehicle was damaged while parked near the intersection of Coremont and Wolf avenues. The windshield was broken and the turn signal and steering column were damaged.
Two charged: Karen Toth-Pritchard, 49, of 321 Cadwallader St., Brownsville, and Anita L. Bolin, 51, of 928 Old National Pike, Brownsville, were arrested Friday by state police on charges of retail theft, conspiracy and receiving stolen property. Toth-Pritchard is accused of stealing bedding and a DVD from Walmart, Route 40, West Brownsville, and giving the items to Bolin to return for a gift card. They were arraigned before District Judge Gary Havelka and placed in Washington County jail on $1,000 bonds.
