There will be traffic restrictions on Route 18 (Jefferson Avenue) between Wylie Avenue and Tyler Avenue in Washington, between midnight and 1 p.m. Saturday. Motorists exiting Interstate 70 eastbound at the Jefferson Exit will also see traffic restrictions, the state Department of Transportation said. Crews will be repairing potholes on Route 18 (Jefferson Avenue).
