He was arraigned by District Judge Robert Redlinger and taken to Washington County jail on $100,000 bond at 11 a.m. Sunday, according to the jail’s website.
The drivers of two other vehicles were affected by the crash. Driver Lindsey M. Tedesco, 23, of Camp Hill, suffered minor injuries.
