The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.
Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Amanda M. Ammer, 28, 2822 Dwight Ave., Pittsburgh; possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance; charged Aug. 2, 2013; sentence – 3 years of probation and 50 hours of community service.
Michael J. Traficante, 49, 2329 Hill Church Houston Road, Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance; charged May 8, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Robert L. Prinkey, 52, 337 Washington Ave., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 16; sentence – 12 months of probation.
William J. Noppe, 29, 523 Rear Alexander St., Greensburg; two counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 31; sentence – 3 to 12 months in jail with credit for time served, 12 months of probation and defendant may participate in Pilot program if he qualifies and remains in Washington County.
Frank Dobbs, 48, 337 E. Airy St., Norristown; retail theft; charged March 19, 2013; sentence – 30 days to 12 months in jail with credit for time served and restitution.
Demetrius R. MacCannon, 45, Maple Heights, Ohio; forgery, conspiracy to commit forgery and theft by unlawful taking; charged Nov. 1; sentence – 1 year less 1 day to 2 years less 2 days in jail with credit for time served, 5 years of probation and banned from Walmart, Target and Lowe’s.
Sylvia L. Hawkins, 53, 110 W. Wylie Ave., Washington; defiant trespass and disorderly conduct; charged Oct. 30; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Andrew M. Novak, 28, 21 East Franklin Ave., Bobtown; retail theft; charged Jan. 10, 2014; 30 days to 12 months in jail with credit for time served, retail theft classes and banned from Walmart.
Devonte Walden, 21, 391 W. Chestnut St., Washington; simple assault; charged Oct. 15; sentence – 23 months of probation, anger management and domestic violence counseling, 25 hours of community service and no contact with victim.
Frank A. Moze, 44, 155 Lincoln St., Cokeburg; unsworn falsification; charged Nov. 15; sentence – 2 years of probation.
Jessica K. Neal, 26, 214 ½ Wilson Ave., Washington; using access device issued to another; charged Feb. 9; sentence – 12 months of Intermediate Punishment program and restitution.
Jacob A. Greathouse, 25, 82 North Canal, Natrona Heights; retail theft; charged March 29; sentence – 12 months of probation, retail theft classes and banned from Walmart.
Amey M. Smocynski, 36, 415 Battery Drive South, McDonald; prostitution and conspiracy to commit prostitution; charged Sept. 30; sentence – 18 months of probation.

Charles M. Bruce, 56, 417 Main St., Bentleyville; second offense of driving under the influence and illegally operating a vehicle without Interlock ignition device; charged Oct. 9, 2013; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 10 days on electronic home monitoring, 90 days of probation, $600 fine, 24-month license suspension followed by 12-month Interlock ignition device.
Paige M. Ealy, 20, 151 Cemetery Hill, Dilliner; false identification to law enforcement; charged Oct. 21; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Denis R. Gaber, 76, 106 Willow Lane, Houston; second offense of driving under the influence, following too closely and driving with a suspended license; charged Oct. 11; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment program with 6 months of SCRAM device and 2 months on electronic home monitoring, $1,275 fine and 24-month license suspension.
Rebecca L. Salamone, 54, 22 Prigg Road, Washington; first offense of driving under the influence and driving with blood-alcohol content 0.02 percent or greater while license suspended; charged Oct. 18; sentence – 3 days to 6 months in jail, 3 months of electronic home monitoring, $2,000 fine and 24-month license suspension.
Robert J. Duritza III, 30, 524 E. McMurray Road, McMurray; first offense of driving under the influence; charged May 30, 2014; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment program with 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month license suspension.
Derek J. Blunkosky, 44, 88 Cynthia Drive, Carnegie; second offense of driving under the influence; charged Oct. 21; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment program with 2 months on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine and 12-month license suspension.
Linda Bryan, 51, 474 St. Nicholas Drive, Donora; two counts of first offense of driving under the influence; charged Oct. 22; sentence – 12 months of Intermediate Punishment program with 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month license suspension.
Grayling M. Fisher, 19, 643 Linnwood Road, Canonsburg; second offense of driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 6; sentence – 36 months of Intermediate Punishment program with 6 months on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $1,500 fine and 18-month license suspension.
Brian S. Mathews, 46, 6040A Route 88, Finleyville; second offense of driving under the influence; charged Nov. 2; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with 6 months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine and 12-month license suspension.
Jay Stein, 48, 469 Hickory Lane, Houston; second offense of driving under the influence; charged Oct. 26; sentence – 36 months of Intermediate Punishment program with 6 months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine and 18-month license suspension.
