A 65-year-old Washington man told Washington police late Monday that he was robbed inside his Liberty Avenue home.

Frank Molish told police that a black man and black woman, both dressed in dark clothing, walked in through his unlocked front door as he was sitting in a chair near the door. He said one of them stole his wallet containing $10.

When Molish went to retrieve a .32-caliber KelTec pistol that he keeps for protection, he said the man took the weapon from him. During the struggle over the weapon, Molish reportedly injured his hands. He said the two also stole $128.50 that he had in the house before leaving through the kitchen door.
