MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) – A Pennsylvania man who has been wanted by the FBI for nearly 20 years has been arrested in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

Lynn Owen Cozart was arrested Thursday on federal warrants. The 63-year-old was convicted in Beaver County of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, endangering the welfare of children and three counts of indecent assault in February 1996.

A bench warrant was issued when Cozart failed to appear for his sentencing hearing in April 1996.

Muskogee police say Cozart was working under an alias at a local Wal-Mart. He is being held at the Muskogee County Jail for the U.S. Marshals Service.
