Tailgate stolen: Edward C. Schrader Jr., 43, and Lisa Marie Hughes, 33, both of 311 Parkview Knoll, Carmichaels, both face charges of theft and receiving stolen property after Cumberland Township police said they stole a pickup truck’s tailgate parked in the 700 block of S. Eighty-Eight Road about 2:45 p.m. Sunday. The tailgate was valued at $2,400.

Harassment: State police cited Jennifer Lynn Konosky, 30, of 187 N. West St., Waynesburg, for harassment after troopers said she threatened a woman at a residence in the 800 block of Seventh Street on June 12.

Two cited for fight: Kiley Jo Cain, 36, of 108 Third St., Waynesburg, and Tara L. Hall, 33, of 612 Sixth St., Mather, were each cited for disorderly conduct after state police said they got into a fight June 13 in the 100 block of Wayne Village in Franklin Township. Police also cited Cain for harassment after she allegedly punched Hall.

Drug charges: Kevin M. Christopher, 35, of 714 E. Greene St., Waynesburg, was charged with manufacture of a controlled substance and other charges after seven marijuana plants were found growing at his home. Waynesburg police said they went to Christopher’s apartment Sunday after receiving a tip and found five plants growing on his second floor porch and two inside his apartment.
